Corporate Wellness

Kids Dialogue was launched with the next generation in mind. Raising parents as resilient leaders means that we will be able to raise the next generation as resilient and compassionate leaders.

At Kids Dialogue, we recognise the valuable role parents play throughout their kids’ development, with the critical period being from birth to the age of about 3.

However, we also appreciate that parents need to work, not only for financial reasons but for empowerment, growth and psychological and mental enrichment. We aim to empower you to create a working environment which actively supports your employees with children and those that are planning on having children and seek to balance their careers with the demands of family responsibility.

We get that being parents can sometimes be overwhelming, not only for moms but for dads as well; and creating a mental health balance within the work and home environment impacts business, indirectly and sometimes directly.

Covid-19 has intensified things rather substantially, and while we understand that grief empowerment workshops are necessary, we want to be at the forefront of the mental health curve and push 90% of our energy into preventing future conditions from developing.

  1. Be more productive
  2. Be better parents and raise the next generation well
  3. Create a harmonious environment where everyone wins

Kids Dialogue also has a multi-layered approach when it comes to managing various psychiatric conditions (parents and / or children) and various other disabilities.

We meet YOU and YOUR STAFF where you / they are at.

We have exciting initiatives such as:

  1. The Power of Love & Play
  2. Empowering Life Coaching sessions
  3. My CONNECTED FAMILY workbook (designed by our professionals to offer engagement programs for families & kids – with the option of being assessed by them)
  4. Grief empowerment workshops for parents to empower kids through their process
  5. Emotional Management (Special Needs Families)
  6. Edu-Bump re-integration back to work (after maternity / paternity leave)

We also understand how challenging business is and that staff are mostly giving their all – if we support them in their most vulnerable role, it only builds a better employee and future generation.
